What is Boot Camp?
Boot camp workouts are efficient because you work your entire body-- heart and muscles--by going from one exercise to another with no rest. The workouts involve calisthenics like pushups, jumping jacks, crunches and other body weight exercises...the difference lies in the intensity. In boot camp, your challenge is to take your body to its limit. You work, you sweat and, best of all, you burn calories like crazy.

Our boot camps will help you:
Fit 4 U offers small group classes with a max of 10 participants. We offer classes 1 or 2 days a week for 30 or 60 minutes.

Lunch hour boot camp Princess Island Park
Mon and Wed 12-1230.
Create your own Boot Camp
Gather a group of 4 or more friends and I will come and do a boot camp for you in your area! Contact me for details.
Prices:
30 minute boot camps are $10 a class and are paid by the month.
60 Minute class ( costs are based on 4 weeks )
4 classes $80
12 classes $210
Drop ins available $25 per class. (Upon availablity and must pre-register 1 day before class time).
