I was really nervous about joining a boot camp-I'm not very fit and I worried about not being able to keep up. Debbie took away my fears! She makes working out fun and challenging!! She has given me confidence to push myself harder then I thought. I can already see results- I am hooked!

I participated in a one of Debbie's boot camps. The fitness level of the participants were fairly broad. The sessions were tailored to all the different fitness levels in the group which is fantastic. Debbie is always very positive and encouraging. She encourages you to do something even when you think you can't and always has a smile on her face. The sessions were always fun,different and full of creative ideas to get an effective workout. I would recommend her to friends and will be participating in future boot camps.
